The fried dough trail crew
We're five small fundraisers from Chautauqua County who spin fresh kettle corn into cash for our own teams and clubs. You bring the crowd, we bring the cart.
"Founding Five Program
C&C Kettle Corn Chaos — "Founding Five" 🌟 How the Program Works. The "Founding Five" is an exclusive, partnership limited strictly to five local organizations. Active Event Support: When you host your dedicated annual fundraiser, your team provides the venue and 2-3 volunteers, and we provide the equipment, ingredients, and popping expertise. Perpetual Passive Income: Once your initial event is complete, you permanently unlock a spot on our main festival menu banner. Wherever we pop—fairs, festivals, flea markets, or community pop-ups—customers can choose to scan your dedicated QR code. The Gross Split: C&C Kettle Corn Chaos will donate 20% of gross sales of all Kettle Corn generated through your tracking link at these public events. You do not have to work the festivals; our banner does the fundraising for you. 📋 Partner Rights & Commitments 1. Annual Event & Volunteer Requirement: To maintain your active slot on the permanent festival banner, the Partner agrees to host at least one (1) dedicated fundraising event with us per calendar year. Volunteer Staffing: For this hosted event, the Partner will provide 2–3 capable volunteers (depending on expected crowd size). Volunteer Duties: Volunteers will assist with loading and unloading lightweight equipment, setting up tents, bagging fresh popcorn, and operating our simple digital cash register.Safety First: For safety and insurance reasons, C&C Kettle Corn Chaos staff will handle 100% of the hot cooking oil, heat elements, and propane gear. 2. Tracking & Payout Transparency. Unique Tracking: The Partner will be assigned a permanent, branded tracking URL linked to a unique QR code on our booth signage. Payout Schedule: Accumulated public festival donations will be calculated and paid out to The Partner on a Monthly basis via Check / Direct Deposit. Digital sales reports will be provided alongside your payout to ensure complete transparency. 3. Marketing & Branding Cooperation. The Partner grants C&C Kettle Corn Chaos permission to use its logo and name on booth signage, social media, and digital marketing materials strictly for fundraising promotion. The Partner agrees to actively promote their dedicated annual fundraiser to their internal network (email lists, parents, members, social media) to maximize event turnout.
